Cash, personal checks and VISA/MasterCard (credit or debit) are accepted for the payment of Chiropractic services.

Insurance

In order to keep fees affordable, Dr. Greener does not accept or process any insurance claims.  Receipts with all appropriate insurance codes will be provided for Chiropractic services upon request for patients who may personally submit their own claims for reimbursement.  

Dr. Greener is not a Medicare provider or connected with any health plans.
